Fira de Circ al Carrer, La Bisbal d’Empordà We get involved

Once again, the circus fills the streets of La Bisbal d’Empordà. This time, we’re part of it too. We’re here eager to share two lines of work: a fragment of Dame du Cirque and a series of improvisations with Polychromatic Void. We prepared for it thoroughly, for days, at La Fàbrica de Somnis in Vic. There, we had the space and conditions to nurture the practice and arrive with ease.

In the days before, we focused on rehearsing two different lines of work: a fragment of Dame du Cirque for Friday’s performance, and a series of open improvisations under the title Polychromatic Void. We moved between set sequences and free exploration.

Friday

22:30 We begin our artistic marathon at the La Bisbal Street Circus Festival with the show “Dame du Cirque”. We share the street-level stage, in the Fira space, with Insomnia—a unique experience that allows us to connect with the audience and with other artists.

Saturday

18:30 Pure acceleration, with three improvisations of “PolyChromatic Void” in different spots around the city. We composed spontaneous live moments and shared them with the public, feeling the energy flow between us. These improvisations will be featured in a summary video.

19:25 We performed “PolyChromatic Void” again, this time in Gustavo Improvisa.

20:00 We returned to perform “PolyChromatic Void”, now in the church square.

23:00 The jazz musicians begin to play, the cabaret begins, System Polylog shares the stage with other musicians and other artists.

Sunday

We return home, happy.
