Treino muito nos skateparks e l\u00e1 aprendi que, quando um <em>grind<\/em> sai s\u00f3lido, reconhece-se pelo som do atrito e pela linha do corpo, limpa e est\u00e1vel. Gosto do deslize, do som limpo quando tudo encaixa e de saber que consigo sair do <em>grind<\/em> com clareza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Um grind<\/strong> \u00e9 deixar o di\u00e1bolo <strong>deslizar sobre o pau<\/strong> com controlo, mantendo a rota\u00e7\u00e3o e a dire\u00e7\u00e3o. A chave \u00e9 dar-lhe um lugar para repousar e uma linha por onde se deslocar sem perder o plano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estes dias gravei <strong>tr\u00eas grinds<\/strong> de que gosto, onde podes ver diferentes formas de os abordar. Primeiro, n\u00e3o t\u00eam de ser um final de caminho. \u00c0s vezes um pequeno deslocamento de peso leva a uma entrada diferente, ou uma sa\u00edda abre um caminho que n\u00e3o tinha previsto. Estas pequenas decis\u00f5es s\u00e3o as que fazem crescer a sequ\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gravar ajuda-me a ver se as boas sensa\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o fi\u00e9is ao que est\u00e1 a acontecer. Comparo se o ritmo \u00e9 est\u00e1vel e se o di\u00e1bolo se mant\u00e9m onde quero. Quando treino num skatepark, gosto de ouvir o som do <em>grind<\/em> e ver o patinador firme e s\u00f3lido; ver como aguenta sem se desviar. Com o di\u00e1bolo, procuro o mesmo: deslizar, decidir e continuar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-style-section-1 has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained is-style-section-1--1\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Guia pr\u00e1tica para fazer um grind<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Entrada.<\/strong> Lan\u00e7a o di\u00e1bolo suave, \u00e0 altura do peito. Apanha o eixo com o pau no <strong>ponto morto<\/strong> e faz uma rece\u00e7\u00e3o curta, acompanhando a queda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Apresenta o pau receptor.<\/strong> Quase horizontal e com uma <strong>ligeira inclina\u00e7\u00e3o contra o sentido de rota\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> do di\u00e1bolo; assim consegues cont\u00ea-lo e n\u00e3o escapa. M\u00e3o relaxada, cotovelo a marcar o plano.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rece\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/strong> Recebe sobre a parte pr\u00f3xima da ponta do pau. Evita a extremidade e tamb\u00e9m demasiado perto do cabo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Controlo do deslocamento.<\/strong> Microinclina\u00e7\u00f5es: <strong>ponta para baixo<\/strong> para avan\u00e7ar, <strong>ponta para cima<\/strong> para travar ou ficar, mantendo a inclina\u00e7\u00e3o geral <strong>contra a rota\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Correc\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/strong> Se o di\u00e1bolo <strong>se torce<\/strong>, recupera o plano movendo o pau no <strong>plano XZ<\/strong>. Isto pode aumentar o atrito; ajusta a <strong>inclina\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> do pau se necess\u00e1rio.
