Al principi el vam anomenar com a eslogan un espectacle de <em>passing de di\u00e0bolo<\/em>, per\u00f2 mentre investig\u00e0vem tot el material per a l&#8217;espectacle, ens vam adonar que la major part de la feina que vam fer tractava de compartir di\u00e0bols en lloc de passar-los.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potser ara mateix no sents les difer\u00e8ncies si ho penses, passar i compartir s\u00f3n dos conceptes diferents quan es tracta de comunicaci\u00f3 i treball en equip, i quan malabaritzem amb alg\u00fa m\u00e9s, la comunicaci\u00f3 i el treball en equip \u00e9s el que estem fent. Pots fer una ullada al nostre <a href=\"\/workshops\/juggling-for-companies\/\" class=\"ek-link\"> taller de malabarismes per a empreses &#8220;Comparteix aquest arxiu&#8221;<\/a> si est\u00e0s d&#8217;una persona a una altra. Compartir, d&#8217;altra banda, es refereix a l&#8217;acte de dividir o distribuir una tasca, element o informaci\u00f3 entre un grup de persones. Compartir sovint implica col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i cooperaci\u00f3, ja que cada persona contribueix amb la seva part per aconseguir un objectiu com\u00fa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En els malabars, una persona pot passar l&#8217;objecte de malabarismes a una altra, per\u00f2 m\u00e9s sovint diverses persones comparteixen la tasca de malabarisme amb diversos objectes alhora. <strong>\u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que anomenem compartir a l&#8217;acte de construir un patr\u00f3 amb m\u00e9s persones que un mateix<\/strong>. Recorda que en alguns dels espectacles tradicionals els companys passen els objectes als malabaristes principals perqu\u00e8 facin el seu espectacle, com ara Francis Brunn, en casos com aquest estava clar que hi havia una jerarquia.
